At Dongle Community, we are committed to providing exceptional coworking, networking, community, workspace, and event experiences. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for memberships, workspace bookings, meeting room reservations, events, and related services.

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid for access to Dongle Community facilities, benefits, and services are generally non-refundable.

If a membership is cancelled by Dongle Community due to operational reasons, members may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of their membership.

2. Coworking Space Bookings

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the booking start time: Full refund.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the booking start time: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking start time: No refund.

3. Meeting Room Reservations

Meeting room bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation time may qualify for a full refund or booking credit.

No refunds will be issued for missed reservations or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Events & Community Activities

Event registrations may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event date.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Dongle Community.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Membership activation fees.
  • Administrative charges.
  • Missed bookings or no-shows.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases unless required by law.
  • Services already consumed or utilized.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Dongle Community reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Technical billing errors.
  • Service unavailability caused directly by Dongle Community.
  • Event cancellations initiated by Dongle Community.
