At Dongle Community, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations of memberships, coworking space bookings, meeting room reservations, event registrations, and other services offered through our platform.
1. Membership Cancellations
Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting Dongle Community through our official communication channels.
Membership cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the member to a refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
All membership benefits and privileges will cease upon the effective cancellation date.
2. Coworking Space Bookings
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time may qualify for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the booking start time may qualify for a partial refund or booking credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
3. Meeting Room Reservations
Meeting room bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be charged in full.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary restrictions on future bookings.
4. Event Registrations
Registrations for workshops, networking events, community gatherings, and other activities may be cancelled according to the terms applicable to each event.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may qualify for a refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable.
- Event tickets may not be transferable unless expressly permitted by Dongle Community.
5. Cancellations by Dongle Community
Dongle Community reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event, booking, or service due to operational, safety, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, affected members or participants may be offered:
- A full refund.
- A booking credit.
- An alternative date or replacement service.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a booked workspace, meeting room reservation, event, or scheduled service without prior cancellation may be considered a no-show.
No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

- Booking or Membership Reference Number
